During the 3 month Ignite incubator period, you will get the curriculum and resources needed to do proper user research and validate your idea through prototyping and experiements.

We will select the intrapreneurs with the most promising and best researched ideas, having the team best fit for to validate, thrive and learn under ambiguity. It should have an addressable market of more than 50 million users worldwide, and where Telenor has an advantage. The 3 month program will focus on idea and market validation, through user research, analysis, prototyping and experiments. It will be a combination of common workshops in Oslo and Singapore, and local field work to do user research and run experiments on the real target market. The program ends with the Demo Day, where the intrapreneurs will have the opportunity to pitch in front of a panel of internal and external startup experts. The most promising products will either be set up as new internal product teams on global or BU level, or spun out as external companies.
